4. The Sinks

If it’s hot outside, the Sinks are a great place to cool off. Known as the watering hole, The Sink is a happening spot in the summertime for visitors. This gem is hidden in Wears Valley and is a 3 mile round trip adventure. But don’t be fooled, although it is only 1.5 miles to the foaming pools, this hike is not an easy feat. The trail to The Sinks is primarily uphill and quite the challenge. But the payoff is definitely worth it. Pack your swimsuit and some water to drink.
